You can now get more than text from BoB. Charts, highlight reels, new signals, email drafts and full reports.
Ask for the output you want, in plain words. Chart the top themes, make a highlight reel, and create signals from the best moments.
BoB counts the themes and draws the chart. Click a bar to open the signals behind it.
It cuts a highlight reel from your calls. Click Play reel to watch every clip back to back.
It also creates signals from the best quotes, so they show up in Insights with the rest.
Ask for an email, and BoB writes the draft and saves it in Gmail. Copy it, or open it in Gmail to send.
In Advanced mode, BoB plans the research first. Then you get key insights, and a full analysis report with sources.
To point BoB at a customer, type @ and pick a person or company. Calls and docs work too.
