You can now see the themes that keep coming up in customer feedback, and which ones are growing.
Open Insights, then Clusters. BuildBetter groups similar signals from your calls and conversations into themes.
Each card is one theme. It shows a short summary, how many signals it holds, and how fast it changed over the last thirty days.
Themes that are trending up come first. Open the sort menu to rank them by most signals, trending down, or highest severity.
To narrow the list, pick a quick filter like Customer Bugs, or ask in plain words in the search bar. By default, only external customers count.
Click a theme to open it. You get the full summary, and a chart of how often it came up over time.
Scroll down to see who's asking. Top people and companies show which customers raised it most. Below that is every signal in the theme.
When a theme is worth acting on, Route with AI attaches it to a project, or starts a new one. Add to board posts it to your feedback board, with the customers' votes.
Next up, see which product areas get the most feedback, and from whom.
