With an API key, your own scripts and tools can work with BuildBetter data, like calls, signals and people.

Open Settings, then API, under Developer. View documentation has every endpoint, with examples.

Keys belong to service accounts. Click New account, and name it after the integration that will use it, like Support automation.

Click Manage to open an account. Its credentials live here.

Click Issue read credential. Read keys can query your data. Full keys can also write, and only admins can issue them.

The raw key appears once. Store it in a secret manager before you close the dialog.

Once a key exists, rotate or revoke it from this list. Disable turns off the whole account.

That's every tutorial. Find them all under Getting started, in your profile menu.
