You can now set up Success for your team, from health scores and lifecycles to deal stages and release sources.

Open Settings, then Data and mappings. Under Success, next to Health, lifecycles and CRM, click Configure.

Health scores lists each score, what it scores, and the evidence it uses. Click Create health score to build a new one.

Lifecycles decides when an account is ready for handoff. It reads the sources you've already connected, like Salesbricks, Stripe and PostHog.

Under Readiness gates, an account must pass every gate. Here that's an active contract, two active users, and a health score of seventy.

Review sums up the definition. Saving moves accounts into place, and never edits contracts or CRM stages.

Under Deal stages and CRM mappings, pick a pipeline. Edit stages changes the columns every deal moves through.

Then map each CRM stage to a BuildBetter stage. Deals from HubSpot, Salesforce and Attio line up in the same columns.

Last, under Knowledge and release workflows, Scheduled source checks pull new releases every six hours, with no credits used. Autonomous analysis costs forty-eight credits per release, up to a daily limit.

Next up, follow-ups and handoffs.
