You can now see whether your team is using BuildBetter, what they produce and where your workspace activity comes from.

Open Settings, then Stats under Administration. Workspace stats is an admin view of what your workspace produced and who produced it.

Start with the date range. Choose a preset or custom dates to keep every measure focused on the same period.

Summary separates active members, contributing members, recordings and data ingested. Read the sign-in coverage notice before comparing activity across periods.

People groups members by their contribution pattern. Started or resumed shows returning contributors. Power, Regular and Light help you decide who might need support.

Where your data comes from breaks activity down by channel. Compare scheduled meetings, desktop recordings and uploads, then review your conversation sources.

Everything counted shows volume, change and reach. Use it to compare recordings, documents, AI chats and signals without treating each count as the same kind of work.

Over time turns a selected metric into a trend. Choose the metric above the chart and look for changes across the date range.

Member detail shows recordings, docs, AI chats and last sign-in for each person. Export totals over time or the member breakdown as CSV when you need a closer review.

Next up, portal settings and moderation.
