Transcript
Teach the transcriber your product names and acronyms, so every transcript spells them the way your team does.
Open Settings, then Transcription. Both settings here apply to the whole workspace.
Under Language, Auto-Detect works for most teams. If all your calls are in one language, pick it from the list. It applies to new recordings.
Below it is the Custom dictionary. These are the names, acronyms and product terms the transcriber should expect.
Click Add word, and type the term the way people say it, like Initech. No punctuation, and no spaces inside acronyms. Then click Add word to save it.
To drop a word, click the x beside it.
Both only apply to recordings BuildBetter transcribes. Calls imported with their own transcript keep it as it is.
