You can now see which product areas get the most feedback, and who it comes from.

Open Insights, then Taxonomy. BuildBetter files every signal under your product areas, from broad domains down to single features.

Domains with the most signals come first. Click one, and its products open in the next column, each with a signal count and a sentiment score.

On the right, Top people and companies show who raised it most. The breakdown chart shows which products drive the volume.

Click a product to open its features. The summary tells you what people are saying, in a few lines.

Click a person or a company to see only their signals. Below them is every signal in the area.

Switch to Tree to see the whole taxonomy at once, and open any branch.

To narrow it down, ask in plain words in the search bar, or open Filter and pick External customers.

To act on an area, Chat hands its signals to BoB. Generate turns them into a highlight reel or a document.

Next up, shape the product areas your signals sort into.
