Loops are jobs BoB runs for you on a schedule. Here's a good first Loop for each team.
Go to BoB, then Loops, and click New loop. The starters are grouped by team.
For Customer success, start with Churn risk watch. Every weekday, it flags accounts that sound unhappy, and quotes them.
For Product and engineering, pick Feature request tally. Every Monday, it counts what customers asked for, and who asked.
For Sales, try Objection roundup. Every Friday, it lists the week's objections, and how your team answered them.
For Leadership, choose Weekly company pulse. Every Monday, it sums up the biggest themes, and what moved.
Picking a starter writes it into the box. Change the words, send it, and the Loop joins your list.
Open a Loop to read what it found. To run it now instead of waiting, click the play button on its row.
Under Data access, choose whether BoB's runs may read your connected MCP servers. Anything it writes still waits for your approval.
