Admins control who sees what in BuildBetter, from the whole workspace down to a single call.
Start in Settings, then Members. Invite people here, and deactivate them when they leave.
Their recordings stay behind. Under Recordings needing an owner, click Assign group and pick one new owner for all of them.
Groups make permissions easier. Click Add group, name it Leadership, then add the people in it. Now you share with the group instead of person by person.
Under Workspace, add the email domains your company owns. That's how BuildBetter tells internal calls from customer calls, and who counts as a customer.
In Meeting Recorder, set the default privacy for new recordings. Workspace means your whole team. Participants means only the people on the call.
You can change it on a single call, before it happens. Open the event in Upcoming Calls and set Call Access to Participants. A sensitive meeting stays with the people who were in it.
Collections have their own access. Open the menu, choose Access Settings, and share a board prep collection with only the people who need it.
Tag groups do too. In Smart Tags, open a group, go to Access, and limit it to selected Groups and people.
Finally, decide whether recordings and documents can be shared by public link at all.
Next up, Knowledge.
