Knowledge is everything your company has written down, in one place BoB can read.
Open Knowledge. Your sources sit at the top of the sidebar, and every page your team can read is listed under Pages.
To bring docs in, click the plus next to Pages and choose Import. Upload files and folders, or open Connected sources and sync Notion, GitHub, Coda or Intercom.
You can also write a page from scratch. Click the plus, choose Create Page, and start typing. It saves as you go.
Then link pages to the calls they came from. On a call, open Documents and click Link existing. Pick the page, then click Link page.
Now the page shows its calls, and the call shows its page. Open Details on the page to see every linked call.
When you ask BoB a question, it reads your Knowledge first, so answers use your product names and your processes.
To keep it current, open Knowledge Gaps. Check for documentation gaps compares recent releases with your docs and flags what's out of date.
