If you already work in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, bring BuildBetter with you.

In Settings, open MCP under Developer, and copy the server address.

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and click Add custom connector. Paste the address and click Add.

Claude asks you to sign in. Use your BuildBetter account, and the connector shows as connected.

In ChatGPT, search for BuildBetter in the apps directory. View setup, on the same MCP page, walks you through it.

Now ask from there. What did customers say about onboarding last month?

Claude pulls the answer from your BuildBetter workspace, with links back to the calls and tickets it used.
