Transcript
You can now control who sees a Knowledge page, check whether it is still accurate, and choose the context your agents can trust.
Open a Knowledge page, then Details. Published tells you which version is live. Verified tells you it has been reviewed. Publishing does not change who can open the page.
Open Share to review workspace access and direct grants. Only people with access requires sign-in. Anyone with the link is public. Give public links an expiration when access should end.
History keeps saved revisions. Restoring creates a new draft without erasing the audit trail. Links to this page shows backlinks from other pages.
Evidence ties a specific claim to a call, signal, Knowledge page, or URL. Proposals holds suggested edits for a reviewer to accept.
Health flags stale, conflicting, or poorly supported content. Tests defines questions the page must answer correctly before publication. Review both before treating the page as trusted context.
Skills links this page to the AI skills that use it. This makes the relationship between a document and an agent explicit.
Split page moves selected blocks into child or sibling pages. Preview before applying. For a portable copy, open More and choose BBCM Markdown or Markdown page tree.
You can now manage access and quality in one place. Next up, importing Knowledge and publishing docs.
