You can now bring documents into Knowledge and publish approved pages back to your documentation repository.
Open Knowledge, then Import. Files and folders brings in documents you own. Connected sources browses content from your existing tools.
For a file import, choose files or a folder. Supported formats include Markdown, Word, HTML and PDF. Folder structure is preserved in editable Knowledge pages.
For a source import, choose a source. Copy lets you pick individual documents. Mirror keeps a connected library synced. Review this choice before connecting.
On a Knowledge page, open Details, then Source settings. Review where this page syncs from. Publication destinations control where approved revisions go.
Under Publication destinations, open Add destination. Choose Mintlify MDX or GitHub Markdown, then select the repository and documentation path.
Base commit can use the branch head or an exact commit. Publishing proposes the approved revision in a reviewable pull request, so your repository review process stays in place.
In Settings, Data and mappings, open Knowledge and release sources. Documentation references help Knowledge Gaps check coverage. Imported changelog entries arrive as drafts.
You can now choose how docs come in and where approved pages go. Next up, choose which GitHub repositories BuildBetter can use.
