You can now decide what the AI writes on its own, and plug your other tools into BoB.
Open Settings. Under Features, click AI Assistant.
Language sets the language of chat replies, documents and summaries. It applies to everyone in your workspace.
Autogenerated titles uses the discussion to name each recording, instead of keeping the calendar title.
Autogenerated tags applies relevant tags as each recording is processed.
Summary template sets how every summary is structured. Automatic picks one from what each meeting turned out to be.
Choose a preset, or open New template. Use Free-form to describe your summary, or Section builder to set fixed headings.
Under Your MCP servers, click Add MCP server. Pick a preset such as PostHog, or add a custom server.
For an API-key preset, paste your key, then use Add server. This connection is yours. BoB can use its tools in chat.
