Flows do work for you when something happens. A call ends, a signal appears, a deal changes stage.

Open Flows and click New Workflow. Choose Start from a template, pick one like Top Customer Issues, and click Use.

The canvas shows every step, from the trigger at the top to the action at the bottom.

Click any block to change it. Here, you rename the Slack step and pick the channel it posts to.

To get it every morning, click the Schedule trigger. Set Frequency to Every day and Time to 8:00 AM, and it runs on its own once it's on.

Or start from scratch. Click the plus and pick a trigger, like Call Completed. The plus under each block adds data, logic and actions.

You can also describe the flow to the chat agent. When a call with an external customer ends, post the feature requests to #product. The agent builds the blocks, and you can adjust each one.

Before it runs, click Preview run. It uses real data, but sends nothing and changes nothing.

When it looks right, click Save changes, then switch it to Enabled.

Next up, scheduled reports.
