The best questions for BoB are the ones you'd ask a teammate who sat in on every call. Here are nine to start with.
Start broad. What are the top customer pain points this month?
Then narrow it. Summarize feature requests from the last 30 days, by product area.
Before a call, ask BoB to prep you. It pulls who's in the room, what you discussed before, and what's still open.
Ask which accounts mentioned a competitor this quarter, and what they compared.
After a launch, ask what customers said about the new release.
Ask for every call where pricing came up, with the quotes.
Ask about your own team too. What did we decide in planning this week, and who owns it?
Ask which customers are at risk, and why. BoB shows the signals behind each one.
When you have the evidence, ask BoB to write. A PRD for the top request, with the sources linked.
Next up, your morning brief and Loops.
