Connect your calendar once, and BuildBetter records your meetings for you.
Open Settings, then Meeting Recorder. Under Your calendars, connect Google or Outlook. BuildBetter reads every scheduled meeting from there.
Now decide which meetings get recorded. Record external meetings catches every call with a customer.
Turn on internal meetings too, if you want standups and planning sessions. Your internal domains are how BuildBetter tells the two apart.
Some meetings should never be recorded. Click Add rule, choose Event title, and type 1:1. The bot skips any meeting with that in its title.
Then set who sees new recordings by default. Workspace means your whole team. Participants means only the people on the call.
To change a single meeting, open Upcoming Calls under Bob and click the event. Set who can see it, or turn recording off for that one call.
For a recurring meeting, BuildBetter asks whether to change only this one or every future one.
