Not every call starts from a calendar invite. Here are four other ways to get calls into BuildBetter.
For a meeting that's already running, open Library, then Recordings, and click Record a call.
Paste the meeting link and click Send bot. The bot joins the call in seconds.
Have a recording already? Click Upload and drop in the file. Assign it, add context, and BuildBetter processes it like any other call.
If a bot isn't welcome, open Settings, then General. Under Our apps, get BB Recorder. It records on your computer, so nothing joins the meeting.
And if your team records in Zoom, open Integrations, search for Zoom, and connect Zoom Cloud Recording. Finished recordings import on their own, with no bot at all.
Gong, Chorus and Fathom connect the same way, from the Calling list.
