Transcript

You can now connect requests to your feedback board and have BoB prepare changelog entries from shipped releases.

Open Boards, choose your feedback board, and open a post. Find matches looks for customer feedback asking for the same thing.

Read each matching signal and its source. Vote as the customer adds a vote on their behalf. Add anonymously keeps the vote anonymous.

In Settings, Match customer feedback can set up an hourly matching Loop. Choose a starting window and review its workflow before resuming.

Confident matches appear in Suggestions. Review each one before accepting it as a vote for that customer.

The Changelog writer Loop template checks production release tags from a connected GitHub repository and prepares customer-facing release notes.

Tell BoB which repository, production tags, and changelog board to use. Set a schedule and ask for draft review before publishing.

Review the draft against what shipped. Publishing makes the entry public and emails the board subscribers.
