Integrations bring your calls, support threads and customer data into BuildBetter, from the tools you already use.
Open Settings, then Integrations. Installed lists every app connected to your workspace, with its status.
An orange badge means a connection needs you. Click Reconnect, and sign in to that app again.
Browse apps holds the whole catalog. Filter to Connected, Available or Needs attention, or pick a category, like Customer support.
To see what a connection does, click Manage. Slack shows your workspace, and how many channels feed signals into BuildBetter.
Manage public channels lets you search and add channels in bulk. For a private channel, type /bb connect inside it.
On your CRM, Manage opens its settings. Choose what syncs, like deals, contacts and companies.
Workspace apps are shared, and only admins can connect them. Personal apps, like Gmail, link your own account.
