BoB doesn't only answer questions. It can watch for you.
Every morning, your brief waits in New Chat. Open it to see what changed across your customers and what needs you today.
For anything recurring, create a Loop. Go to BoB, then Loops, and click New loop.
Pick a starter, like a weekly feature request tally, and change it in plain words. Every Monday at eight, tell me what customers asked for last week and who asked.
Send it, and the Loop joins your list. Open its settings to choose how often it runs, then save.
When it finds something worth sharing, it asks before posting to Slack. You approve with one click.
